סעיף 3(ג) לחוק פיצוי לנפגעי פוליו, התשס״ז–2007, כנוסחו בסעיף 5 לחוק זה, יחול על מי שטרם שולם לו פיצוי חד־פעמי לפי הוראות החוק האמור והגיש תביעה לקבלת הפיצוי האמור לאחר יום כ״ט בכסלו התשס״ח (9 בדצמבר 2007).
