21. הפחתות על פי המוצהר
על אף האמור בכל דין, הסכומים שיש להפחיתם מההכנסה על פי חוק זה לא יעלו על המוצהר לגביהם בדו״ח על פי סעיף 131 לפקודה, לרבות דו״ח שתיקן הנישום ביוזמתו, בטרם החלו הליכי שומה שאינה שומה עצמית, אלא אם כן שוכנע פקיד השומה שנפלה בו טעות והתיר לנישום לתקנו.
