בתקנות אלה –
”אתר האינטרנט“ – אתר האינטרנט של הרשות;
”חומר מחשב“, ”מחשב“ – כהגדרתם בחוק המחשבים, התשנ״ה–1995;
”פרטים“ – פרטים בנוגע להטלת עיצום כספי, כמפורט בסעיף 22כא(א) לחוק.
