2. גילוי פרט מהותי באתר האינטרנט
(א)משלח יגלה לצרכן, באתר האינטרנט שלו, אם קיים באופן ברור ומובלט, את הרכיבים האלה, בנפרד:
(1)המחיר שגובה בעד שירות משלוח הטובין, לרבות הטיפול בשחרור מפיקוח המכס ומסירתו ללקוח;
(2)אילו אגרות ומסים חלים על משלוח הטובין;
(3)דמי אחסנה וכל הוצאה אחרת שעשויה להשתלם בידי הצרכן בשל עיכוב בשחרור הטובין;
(4)היכן ניתן למצוא את פירוט המסים והאגרות כאמור.
