47. חוק התקשורת (בזק ושידורים) – תחילה והוראת מעבר
(א)תחילתו של סעיף 5א(ו) לחוק התקשורת (בזק ושידורים), התשמ״ב–1982 (בסעיף זה – חוק התקשורת), כנוסחו בסעיף 46 לחוק זה, ביום ח׳ באלול התשס״ו (1 בספטמבר 2006).
(ב)תקנות שהותקנו מכוח סעיף 15(א), (ג) או (ד) לחוק התקשורת, כנוסחו ערב תחילתו של חוק זה, והיו בתוקף ערב תחילתו של חוק זה, יעמדו בתוקפן ויחולו, בשינויים המחויבים לפי הענין, כל עוד לא שונו או בוטלו.
