68. חוק האפוטרופוס הכללי – תחילה
העברה לקנין המדינה לפי הוראות סעיף 15(ג1)(1) לחוק האפוטרופוס הכללי, התשל״ח–1978 (בסעיף זה – חוק האפוטרופוס הכללי), כנוסחו בסעיף 67 בחוק זה, של נכסים שביום תחילתו של חוק זה נמשך ניהולם לפי חוק האפוטרופוס הכללי חמש עשרה שנה לפחות, תיעשה בתוך תקופה של שישה חודשים מיום פרסומו של חוק זה, ובלבד שהאפוטרופוס הכללי עשה את הפעולות המנויות בפסקאות משנה (א) עד (ד) של סעיף 15(ג1)(1) האמור.
