110. חוק עסקאות גופים ציבוריים – תחולה והוראת מעבר
(א)חוק עסקאות גופים ציבוריים כנוסחו בסעיף 109 בחוק זה, יחול על התקשרויות שנערכו ביום תחילתו של חוק זה (בסעיף זה – יום התחילה) ואילך.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), אין בהוראות חוק עסקאות גופים ציבוריים, כנוסחו בסעיף 109 בחוק זה, כדי לגרוע מהחלטת ועדת מכרזים של גוף ציבורי שהתקבלה לפני יום התחילה לפי הוראות חוק עסקאות גופים ציבוריים, כנוסחו ערב יום התחילה.
