63. תחולה
(א)חוק הבטחת הכנסה, כנוסחו בסעיף 61 בחוק זה, יחול על גמלה המשתלמת בעד תקופת תוקפו של פרק זה.
(ב)סעיף 287(9) בחוק הביטוח הלאומי, כנוסחו בסעיף 62 בחוק זה, יחול על פגיעה שאירעה למשתתף בתקופת תוקפו של פרק זה.
