22. הגדרות
בפרק זה –
”שליטה“ – הזכות לשני שלישים לפחות מכוח ההצבעה ומהזכות למנות מנהלים;
”חברת אם“ –
(1)חברה תעשייתית השולטת בחברה תעשייתית והמפעלים התעשייתיים שבבעלות שתיהן הם בני קו ייצור אחד;
(2)חברה שאינה חברה תעשייתית השולטת בחברה תעשייתית ולפחות 80% מרכושה מושקע, בהון מניות או בהלוואות לשלוש שנים לפחות, בחברות תעשייתיות, שיש לה בהן לפחות 50% מזכות ההצבעה ומהזכות לרווחים;
”חברת בת“ – חברה תעשייתית הנשלטת על ידי חברת אם.
