1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשכ״ג, תשכ״ח
בחוק זה –
”עסק יצוא“ – יצוא טובין בתמורה המתקבלת בישראל מידי אדם שמחוץ לישראל, וכן ייצור או שיווק של טובין, או מתן שירות, בין שהם בישראל ובין שהם בחוץ לארץ, בתמורה המתקבלת כאמור, והשקעות הון של תושבי ישראל בחוץ לארץ, לרבות מתן אשראי למימון פעולות אלה;
”ערבות“ – התחייבות לשיפוי הפסד או מקצתו.
