19. ביצוע ותקנות
(א)שר האוצר ושר המשפטים ממונים על ביצוע חוק זה והם רשאים להתקין תקנות לביצועו.
(ב)שר המשפטים רשאי להתקין תקנות בדבר סדרי נוהל להגשת תביעות, בדבר הטיפול בתביעות ובדבר סדרי הדין בהליכים לקביעת סכום הפיצויים.
