תיקון: תשמ״ח
הועדה תדאג לכך שבמשך כל שעות ההצבעה תהיה מודבקת ליד הכניסה למקום הקלפי, באופן הנראה לעין כל, הודעה מטעם יושב ראש הועדה המרכזית על פתקי הצבעה פסולים כאמור בתקנה 83; ההודעה תסופק על ידי הועדה המרכזית יחד עם חומר הבחירות.
