106. שמירת חומר הבחירות
תיקון: תשמ״א
(א)חומר הבחירות המיועד ליום ההצבעה שהועבר לאחראים מאת הועדה המרכזית יישמר עד ליום ההצבעה במקום בטוח וסגור.
(ב)עם קבלת חומר הבחירות יאשרו האחראים במברק את קבלתו ויציינו את המקום שבו הוא נשמר; העתק מהמברק יישמר אצל האחראים.
