42. שמירת הסדר
תיקון: תש״ף, ס״ח תש״ף, ס״ח תשפ״א, ס״ח תשפ״ב, תשפ״ה
מזכיר הועדה ישמור על הסדר במקום הקלפי; הוא רשאי להרחיק אדם המתנהג שלא כשורה, ואדם זה לא יחזור למקום הקלפי אלא ברשות המזכיר בלבד; אין להפעיל כוח זה כדי למנוע בוחר הזכאי להצביע במקום מלהשתמש בזכותו זו.
