תיקון: תשמ״א, תשנ״ו־2, תשס״ב
שעה אחת לפני תום שעות ההצבעה, כלומר בשעה 7 או 9 בלילה, הכל לפי הענין, יתאמו חברי הועדה ביניהם את שעוניהם.
