תיקון: תשפ״ה
אין להביא מעטפות כשרות שהוצאו מן הקלפי, אבל לא נמצא בהן דבר, בחשבון ספירת הקולות; את מספרן יש לציין בפרוטוקול המתאים ולאחר מכן להכניס אותן למעטפת האריזה, לפי טופס 21 שבתוספת.
