86. עריכת הפרוטוקול בשלבים
עריכת הפרוטוקול תיעשה באופן רצוף יחד עם ביצוע כל פעולה או קביעת כל פרט הטעונים רישום בפרוטוקול; אין לדחות רישום כל שהוא עד לסגירת מקום הקלפי או תום ההצבעה.
