88. רישום הערות בפרוטוקול או בכתב נפרד
תיקון: תשס״ג
(א)חברי הועדה, המשקיפים ומזכיר ועדת הקלפי רשאים להוסיף בפרוטוקול את הערותיהם העובדתיות הנוגעות לפעולת הועדה בתוך מקום הקלפי ובמרחק של 25 מטרים ממנו; את ההערות ירשום מזכיר הועדה בפרוטוקול במקום המיועד לכך, ומי שביקש את הרישום יאשר אותן בחתימת ידו.
(ב)במקום רישום ההערות בפרוטוקול אפשר לצרפן לפרוטוקול בכתב נפרד שיהיה חתום כאמור.
