91. קביעת תוצאות ההצבעה
תוצאות ההצבעה ייקבעו בועדת הקלפי לפי מספר הקולות הכשרים על יסוד פתקי ההצבעה הכשרים שהוצאו ממעטפות כשרות אשר נמצאו בקלפי; כלל זה יחול גם כשתהיה אי התאמה בין המספרים שנרשמו בפרוטוקול.
