8. מסירת חומר בחירות בתנאים
חומר בחירות שהוחלט להעמידו לעיון מבקש לפי כללים אלה, יועבר למבקש תוך השמטת פרטים שגילויים עלול לפגוע בחשאיות ההצבעה, ותוך השמטה של פרטים שגילויים מהווה פגיעה בפרטיות כמשמעותה בחוק הגנת הפרטיות, אלא אם כן הגילוי מותר על פי דין ובכלל זה לפי סעיף 2.
