11. אחריות מפקד המתקן להצבעה
(א)מפקד המתקן יהא אחראי להבאתו של כל אסיר או עציר שבמתקן הרוצה להצביע, אל מקום הקלפי בכפוף לאמור בהוראות אלה.
(ב)מפקד המתקן יהא אחראי להבאתו של אסיר או עציר שאמור להיות מועבר מן המתקן ביום הבחירות, אל מקום הקלפי, כדי לאפשר לו להצביע טרם צאתו מן המתקן.
