13. נותן אשראי בסיכון נמוך
תיקון: [הודעות]
נותן אשראי בסיכון נמוך לעניין סעיף 26(א)(3) לחוק הוא נותן אשראי אגב מכירת נכס או מתן שירות כשהאשראי ניתן לתקופה שאינה עולה על שנים עשר חודשים וסכומו אינו עולה על 10,000 שקלים חדשים (מתואם לשנת 2017; בשנת 2024, 11,300 ש״ח).
