15. נתוני אשראי שלא יימסרו ללשכת האשראי
אין לכלול בנתוני אשראי הנמסרים ללשכת אשראי לשם עריכת דוח אשראי או חיווי אשראי לפי סעיף 46 לחוק את שיעור הריבית, עמלות או הוצאות שונות שמשלם הלקוח.
