18. פרטים מזהים הכלולים בנתוני אשראי
הפרטים המזהים של הלקוח לשם הכללתם במאגר נתוני אשראי לצורך פרק ו׳ לחוק יהיו שם פרטי ושם משפחה, מספר זהות, תאריך לידה, כתובת; הפרטים המזהים של לקוח לצורך פרק ז׳ לחוק יהיו שם פרטי ושם משפחה ומספר זהות.
