7. ייפוי כוח חד־פעמי או מתמשך
תיקון: תשפ״א
(א)ייפוי כוח לפי פרק זה יכול להיות חד־פעמי או לתקופה שלא תעלה על שלוש שנים, כפי שהחליט הלקוח.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), ביקש הלקוח כי ייפוי הכוח יהיה לתקופה ארוכה יותר משלוש שנים, יעמוד ייפוי הכוח בתוקפו לתקופה כפי שהחליט הלקוח.
