הוראות סעיפים 2(א), 4 ו־6 עד 16 יחולו גם על עררים בשינויים המחויבים, ולעניין זה, כל מקום שנאמר באותן הוראות ”עותר“ – יקראו ”עורר“ ו”עתירה“ – יקראו ”ערר“.
