3. צירוף מסמכים
(א)לכל עותק של העתירה יצורף צילום של התעמולה נושא העתירה, אם ניתן להשיגו בשקידה סבירה, ושל כל מסמך אחר שהעותר מסתמך עליו המצוי ברשותו.
(ב)לא צורף מסמך כאמור לעתירה, אף שהוא מצוי ברשות העותר, לא יסתמך עליו בעל דין בדיון בעתירה אלא ברשות היושב ראש.
