בעל זיכיון לא ישדר תשדיר תעמולה שיש בו עבירה פלילית או עוולה אזרחית, לרבות לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א–1981, וחוק איסור לשון הרע, התשכ״ה–1965, או כל דין אחר.
