2. הפצת ההרכב הסיעתי הראשוני
קבעה הוועדה המרכזית את ההרכב הסיעתי הראשוני, יפיץ אותו הממונה לבאי כוח סיעות הכנסת ולחברי הוועדה המרכזית, באמצעות דואר אלקטרוני ובאמצעות מערכת השיבוץ; הממונה יצרף להרכב הסיעתי עותק מכללים אלה, והסברים כיצד יש ליישמם במערכת השיבוץ.
