1. כתב הסכמה
כתב הסכמה של מועמד בבחירות לכנסת, לפי סעיף 57(ט)(1) לחוק, יהיה בנוסח ובצורה המפורטים בטופס 1 שבתוספת; כתב ההסכמה יתורגם לשפה הערבית.
