7. תמורה במזומנים
היתה התמורה בעד ניירות הערך המוצעים בהצעה פרטית חריגה, כולה או חלקה, במזומנים, יפורטו בדוח סכום התמורה, המועדים לתשלומה ותנאי התשלום שנקבעו; נתנו החברה או בעל ענין בה לניצע, במישרין או בעקיפין, הלוואה לרכישת ניירות הערך המוצעים, יובאו בדוח פרטי ההלוואה, לרבות מועד פירעון, ביטחונות ותנאי הצמדה וריבית.
