27. תנאי כהונה
הובאה לאישור אסיפה כללית הצעה בדבר תנאי כהונתו של דירקטור בבנק, תצביע הועדה לפי שיקול דעתה ובהתאם למקובל בבנק, ובלבד שלא תצביע בעד העלאה בשכר, מעבר לעלית השכר הממוצע במשק, אלא אם כן התוצאות העסקיות של הבנק יצדיקו זאת.
