3. המניות העוברות למדינה
המניות העוברות לבעלות המדינה ביום הקובע יירשמו בשמה בפנקס החברים של הבנק או בספרי חברת הרישומים, לפי הענין, ללא צורך בשטר העברה; השימוש בזכויות ההצבעה המוקנות מכוח המניות ייעשה בידי הועדה מטעם המדינה ובשבילה.
