20. נציג הקרן
(א)יצויינו הסמכויות שהוענקו לנציג הקרן בישראל, ואם הוא אחראי לפעולות הקרן בישראל – יצויין גם היקף אחריותו ויובאו פרטים בדבר הונו, נכסיו והתחייבויותיו.
(ב)היה נציג הקרן תאגיד – יצויינו סוג התאגיד שעליו הוא נמנה, החוק שלפיו הואגד ותאריך ההאגד.
