יובאו פרטים בדבר הוראות הפיקוח על מטבע חוץ בישראל המסדירים את פעולות הקרן והפצת היחידות, ובכלל זה הדרך בה ניתן בישראל לקנות ולמכור יחידות בקרן, הפרטים בדבר החשבונות במטבע חוץ שבאמצעותם ניתן לסחור ביחידות, על שם מי יירשמו היחידות, מי יחזיק בהן, ומה המסמך שיקבל הרוכש כראיה לרכישת היחידות.
