31. מעמד נכסי הקרן
יצויין אם מהווים נכסי הקרן רכוש נפרד מרכוש הנאמן ומנהל הקרן, והאם ניתן לשעבדם, למשכנם, לעקלם או לשים יד עליהם עקב כל חוב או סיבה אחרת שאינה לשם הבטחת הזכויות של בעלי היחידות.
