תיקון: תשנ״ט
עיון בחומר החקירה או העתקה ממנו יהיו במשרד התובע או במקום אחר שהתובע הועיד לכך, ובמעמד אדם שהתובע מינה, דרך כלל או לענין פלוני, להבטיח שהעיון וההעתקה ייעשו בהתאם לחוק ולהוראות התובע.
