18. תוצאות אי התייצבות צד לדיון
תיקון: תשכ״ח, תשס״ג
לא הופיעו, בתחילת הדיון או בהמשכו, נאשם או תובע שהוזמנו, רשאי בית הדין לדחות את הדיון למועד אחר, ואם לדעת בית הדין לא היה הצדק סביר לאי הופעתו – רשאי בית הדין להמשיך בדיון בהעדרו.
