2. תוכן התובענה
תיקון: תשל״ז
התובענה תוגש בטופס שבתוספת ותכיל פרטים אלה (להלן – התובענה):
(1)שם הנאשם, גילו ומענו;
(2)המשרד והיחידה בהם הוא מועסק;
(3)דרגתו ותואר משרתו;
(4)תיאור העובדות המהוות את עבירת המשמעת, הנסיבות, המקום והזמן;
(5)ציון הפסקה שבסעיף 17 לחוק, שעל פיה מואשם הנאשם, ולענין סעיף 17(2) – פירוט הנוהג, החוק, התקנה או ההוראה שבאי קיומה מואשם העובד;
(6)שמות עדי התביעה ומעניהם.
