20. הסברת התובענה ותרגומה
תיקון: תשס״ג
(א)נראה ליושב ראש בית הדין כי הנאשם לא הבין את התובענה, יסביר לו את תוכנה או יורה להסביר לו את תוכנה בלשון המובנת לו.
(ב)נתברר לבית הדין שהנאשם אינו יודע עברית, ימנה לו מתרגם או יתרגם לו בעצמו.
