4. צירוף אישומים ונאשמים
תיקון: תשל״ז, תשס״ג
(א)מותר לצרף בתובענה אחת כמה אישומים, בין אם הם מבוססים על אותן עובדות ובין אם הם מבוססים על עובדות שונות, ובלבד שכל אישום יצויין בנפרד ויפורטו בו מהותו והוראת החוק החלה עליו.
(ב)מותר להאשים בתובענה אחת כמה נאשמים בין כצדדים לעבירת המשמעת ובין בדרך אחרת.
