40ז. מינוי עד מומחה
תיקון: תשס״ג
(א)בית הדין רשאי, מטעמים שיירשמו, למנות מיזמתו עד מומחה בענין הדורש דעה מקצועית או חישוב לצורך הבהרת חומר הראיות שלפניו.
(ב)עדותו של עד מומחה תינתן בכתב וכן תינתן הזדמנות לצדדים לחקור אותו חקירה נגדית או להביא ראיות מטעמם.
