45. חקירת עד
בחקירת עד בבית הדין, לא ירשה בית הדין חקירה אשר, לדעת בית הדין, אינה לענין ואינה הוגנת ובפרט לא ירשה בית הדין חקירה שיש בה משום עלבון, הפחדה, התעיה או ביוש שאינם לענין ואינם הוגנים.
