14. תשלום תרומות כסף וגבייתן
תיקון: תשכ״ד
(1)תרומות כסף שיש לשלמן עפ״י פקודה זו ישולמו למוכתר, והוא יהא אחראי להן בפני פקיד היערות הראשי.
(2)תרומות כסף תגבינה ע״י משפט שיגיש המוכתר לפני שופט של בית משפט שלום, ואם לא תבע המוכתר, יתבען במשפט פקיד היערות הראשי או כל אדם שהורשה על ידו.
