5. צו להרחבת דרך
תיקון: 1935, תש״ח, תשי״א, תשכ״ג
(1)יכול שר העבודה להכריז בצו כי איזו דרך או חלק הימנה תורחב עד כדי רוחב של לא יותר מחמישים מטר וכי יעשו בהתויתה של הדרך את השינויים שימצאו צורך בהם.
(2)הצו יפורסם ויוצא לפועל כדרך שמפרסמין ומוציאין לפועל צו שניתן עפ״י הסעיף הקודם.
(3)משניתן צו, יכול שר העבודה בכל עת להפקיע כל קרקע הדרושה להרחבת הדרך או חלק הימנה עד לשעור הרוחב הקבוע או לשעור פחות מזה לפי הוראות חוק ההפקעה לצורך דרכים שיהא נוהג מזמן לזמן.
