10. עונשין
תיקון: תש״י, תשנ״ד
(א)המוציא גופה מקבר צבאי או מבית קברות צבאי ללא רשיון או שלא בהתאם לתנאי הרשיון כאמור בסעיף 7, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים.
(ב)העושה אחד מאלה, דינו – מאסר שישה חודשים:
(1)מקים מצבה על קבר צבאי או מוריד מצבה מקבר צבאי ללא היתר כדין או שלא בהתאם להיתר כאמור;
(2)עובר על הוראות שניתנו כדין בדבר ההסדרים המקומיים של בית קברות צבאי כאמור בסעיף 8(ב).
