הרשות המוסמכת תודיע לפקיד רישום כאמור בחוק מרשם האוכלוסין, תשכ״ה–1965, לצרכי רישום לפי אותו חוק, על בית הקברות הצבאי או על בית הקברות שאינו צבאי שאליו הועברה גופתו של חייל שנפטר בתקופת לחימה.
