13. על הרושם לרשום בתיק את ההודעות ולתת תעודת רישום
תיקון: תש״ח־2
משקבל הרושם כל הודעה או הצהרה חוקית שנמסרו בהתאם לפקודה הזאת, יצוה לרשום אותם בתיק וישלח בדואר או ימסור ביד לפירמה או לאדם שרשמו את הפרטים האלה תעודה בדבר הרישום הזה, והתעודה או העתקה מדויקת של התעודה תהא מוצגת באופן בולט במקום העסקים העקרי של הפירמה או של היחיד, ואם לא הוצגה התעודה כאמור בזה יהא כל שותף בפירמה או כל יחיד, הכל לפי הענין, צפוי לקנס שלא יהא עולה על עשרים לירות.
