19. יכול שר המשפטים להתקין תקנות
תיקון: תש״ח, תש״ט, תשי״ד, תשמ״א
(1)יכול שר המשפטים להתקין תקנות בענינים דלקמן:–
(א)המס שישולם לרושם עפ״י הפקודה הזאת;
(ב)הטפסים שישמשו עפ״י הפקודה הזאת;
(ג)התפקידים שעל הרושם למלא עפ״י הפקודה הזאת; וכן
(ד)בכלל, הנהלת הרישום והסדרתו עפ״י פקודה זו וכל ענין הכרוך בכך.
(2)כל המסים שיש לשלמם בהתאם לתקנות כאלה ישולמו למשרד האוצר [במקור: לבית האוצר].
(3)כל תקנות מעין אלה תפורסמנה ברשומות.
