21. עברות ע״י איגודים
אם נמצא איגוד אשם בעברה עפ״י פקודה זאת, הרי כל מנהל, מזכיר או פקיד האיגוד שהוא צד לעברה ביודעין, יהא אשם בעברה מעין זו ויהא צפוי לאותו העונש.
